Physiotherapy is used both to treat existing problems of the musculoskeletal system and preventively. Therapy begins with the medical history (current condition and symptoms), followed by an examination and the individual form of treatment and therapy that follows from it.
Physiotherapy allows targeted treatment of the following acute and chronic complaints:
Spinal and back complaints (poor posture such as scoliosis, pelvic obliquity and so on)
Complaints of the musculoskeletal system (joints, ligaments, muscles)
Rehabilitation after injury and surgery
Follow-on therapies for chronic conditions (Parkinson's, rheumatism, multiple sclerosis)
Pelvic floor training for bladder weakness (age-related, after surgery or childbirth)
Practical information
At the end of the therapy you receive the invoice, which you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement of their share. How much is reimbursed depends on the respective tariffs and the duration of the therapy.

Services in detail
Kinesio taping
The tape is an elastic cotton band and works solely through its construction and the way it is applied. Being elastic, it follows every movement while supporting the affected part of the body. The holistic view — the interplay of skin, fascia, muscles and meridians — forms the therapeutic basis of kinesio therapy. The effect begins a few minutes after application and lasts between five and eight days depending on where it is applied.
Cost: the basic rate is € 25 (more elaborate or extensive tape applications are charged accordingly).
Craniosacral therapy
A holistic treatment method in which blockages are released using gentle manual technique. The treatment activates the body's own powers of self-healing and supports it in finding its balance again.
Areas of application: jaw joint problems (alongside orthodontic treatment), headaches and migraine, support during pregnancy.

Microkinesitherapy
The body stores overload or injuries that never healed properly at certain points in the form of invisible "scars". These act as interference fields that can weaken the powers of self-healing. Finding such "scars" and encouraging them to heal with gentle touch is the task of microkinesitherapy.
Areas of application: deep relaxation of muscles and nerves, regeneration after surgery and injury.
