The Health+Life Rückenradar offers a thorough analysis of the health of your spine and trunk. Modern sports science measurement methods precisely record posture, mobility, muscular stability and the relevant risk factors for back complaints. The results help to identify poor posture and muscular imbalance early – before they turn into chronic problems.

Your measurements are interpreted professionally and discussed with you in detail. You also receive general training and lifestyle recommendations along with the exercises from the device report for a more stable back. A health check billed to your social insurance can optionally be carried out as well.

S3 CHECK Pro
The S3 Check Pro analyses body stability, sensorimotor function and symmetry. It measures how well you hold your balance and how evenly your body moves while stabilising. The results show your current stability and any imbalance, and provide matching exercise suggestions for training and improvement.

Included in the package are the measurements, the professional interpretation of your results and general recommendations on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. Depending on the results you receive matching documents to take home – exercises, a calorie table or a nutrition guide, for example.

Not included is a personal training or nutrition plan. On request we are happy to recommend a qualified coach.
