UNIQA VitalCheck

Comprehensive preventive check with optional modules

Prevention, thought through

Please book a blood sample appointment online and report it to UNIQA (UNIQA service hotline). UNIQA then checks your entitlement, approves the cost coverage and forwards it to us by email. Billing is thereby settled for you.

At the blood sample appointment you also provide a urine sample, receive the container for the stool sample, and we agree on your choice of modules as well as a follow-up appointment for the basic block and the optional modules.

Please bring sports shoes and sportswear to the examination appointment; showers with towels, hairdryer and so on are ready for you here

You receive all results and findings together with any recommendations and guides collected in one folder
